  • Chassis: tubular welded steel space frame / integral-sheet backbone and floor, polyester powder coated finish.

  • Body: semi-stressed Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic.

  • Suspension: Front – polyurethane bushed independent, fully adjustable tubular wishbone, inclined adjustable coil-spring damper.

  • Rear-taper roller bearing swing arm, inclined adjustable coil spring damper.

  • Steering: manual rack and pinion.

  • Brakes: front – 290mm Grimeca vented disc brakes. Rear – 260mm disc brake with adjustable bias.

  • Engine: Moto Guzzi vee-twin, air-cooled, 950-1200 cc giving from 70-100 hp.

Triking Type 2 and 3 Basic comprehensive kit

 

Your basic comprehensive kit includes the following components:

  • Complete body chassis assembly

  • Aluminum dashboard blank

  • Pair of front  wheels complete with alloy hubcaps and 1 x pair of coil over damper shock absorbers

  • Front wishbones and uprights complete with ball joints and polyurethane bushes

  • Pair of brake discs  and alloy callipers

  • Stainless steel/copper brake pipe set complete with brake light switch and all fittings

  • Mudguard stays

  • Handbrake lever, cable and caliper

  • Fuel tank and filler cap

  • Drive shaft assembly, double splined heat treated including bearings and cover

  • Complete steering assembly consisting of upper and lower column, 2x forged universal joints, steering rack with track rod ends

  • Fully adjustable pedal assembly  complete with front and rear  brake master cylinders

  • Stainless steel exhaust system (satin finish) – 2x header pipes  2xcollector boxes  2x side pipes1 x balance pipe and set of clamps

  • Fully upholstered interior vinyl trim set  choice of colour-  inc seat back and seat base, side panels, cockpit surround, transmission tunnel cover

  • Lights headlights tails lights indicators.

  • 1 pair of static  3 point seatbelts

  • Alloy Triking bonnet badge

 

 

All steel components in the comprehensive Triking kit are supplied grit blasted zinc primed and epoxy powder coated in black. Other colors are available POA. All nuts bolts and fixings are included for items supplied.
